Vineyard Worker Job at Kitsch Wines Ltd.
- General duties for this position include:
- Hands on involvement in every facet of the vineyard operation, including pruning, tucking, thining, harvesting, irrigation etc.
- Operation of farm tractors, sprayers and other mechanical equipment.
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates will have working experience in other vineyard environments
- Preferential treatment given if proficient in driving tractors and working with other farm implements
- Although not essential, a certificate or degree in Viticulture from an accredited academic institution would be beneficial
- Physically capable of hands-on working in a vineyard environment
- Highly driven, ambitious personality with a strong record and positive attitude.
Hours of Work and Compensation:
- Full-time position up to 60 hours a week with no overtime - commencing April 1, 2023
- $15.65 per hour
Candidates must be a resident of Canada or already allowed to work in Canada.
