PTI – Blendtech is looking for a Management Accountant to join our team. This is a demanding role, and you need to be a highly driven individual with great work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for implement job costing throughout organization
• Accountable for facilitating monthly Work- In-Progress (WIP) meetings with Project Management Team
• Prepare Revenue Recognition reports and determine under/over billings
• Review pricing model and internal rates
• Responsible for reporting and systems improvements
• Accountable for financial analysis
• All other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Professional attitude and superior communication skills

• Strong organizational, written, and verbal skills
• Possess excellent knowledge and experience in cost management, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting
• Have good time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities
• Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to make good decisions that will meet or exceed project targets
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude, along with a commitment to staff privacy

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 2 to 4 years accounting experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
