Royer Thompson Management & Human Resources Consulting is seeking an exceptional Senior Consultant, Talent, Culture, and HR Advisory. Reporting to the Vice President, Talent, Culture, and Leadership Advisory, the Senior Consultant will provide end-to-end leadership in scoping, planning, and delivering of various Talent, Culture, and HR Advisory projects.

They will provide leadership and sound advice as and when needed by clients in various HR advisory areas such as HR and Talent planning, revising and creating HR policies, customizing performance management frameworks and training, workforce planning, career development, and succession planning frameworks and training, completing organizational reviews and HR audits.

They will lead and implement various talent and culture solutions based on an expansive knowledge of research and best practice. Programs include culture strategy and transformation, competency modeling, leadership development programs and facilitation, team facilitation and effectiveness workshops/modules, talent assessment and reviews including 360 reviews, leadership assessments, and individual and team coaching. They will support the assessment of senior-level participants/candidates, including integrating multiple assessments to provide contextualized insights to internal practice leads, client stakeholder groups/selection committees, and assessment participants/candidates.

The Senior Consultant will possess excellent written and communication skills in preparing and presenting client/stakeholder-facing reports. They provide strong client service orientation, are adept at anticipating and responding to client needs, and can synthesize large amounts of information and propose a solution independently with some oversight and direction.

The successful candidate will have an Undergraduate Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. The candidate has 5-7 years of relevant experience in managing or leading the HR function and a proven ability to have credibility and influence at the senior executive and Board level. CPHR certifications are considered an asset.
