We are a young, thriving company, located in Markham and we are seeking seasoned Warehouse associates (Pickers and Packers) to join our dynamic team. Position Overview
The Warehouse associate (Downstocker, Overstocker, Pickers and Packers) is required to downstock/overstock product or pick/pack outbound orders routinely. Orders must be picked and packed accurately. The candidate must be comfortable working under pressure and extremely tight deadlines. Coordination with the Distribution Supervisor is necessary to ensure logistical efficiency.

Location: Markham (14th and Woodbine Avenue)

Compensation:
Pay Range Rate: $16.60 - $19.60/Hr based on years of experience + SIGN-ON BONUS !!!
Year-End performance bonus, Paid lunch break-30 Mins, Pizza Time or BBQ Time, Christmas Party, Group Benefits

Type: Permanent Full Time (Non-Contract)

Shift: Monday – Friday - Your typical working schedule will be 40 - 44 hours per week to be assigned within our standard Distribution business hours

Responsibilities:

Work to downstock, overstock, pick or pack orders on a daily basis.
Utilizes RF gun (warehouse management system) for all transactions.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work area.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Report to Distribution Management Team.
Being efficient and accurate is the key to success in this role

Qualifications

Experience - preffered 1+ years in Distribution
English – both written and oral
Must be physically fit and able to move packages up to 25-40lbs
Must be proficient with computers
Must be able to work under extremely tight deadlines
Must be proficient with MS Windows, and computer literate
A high degree of problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills required.
Must be punctual
