We are currently seeking a Mechanical Technician to join our growing Operations team. Reporting into the Mobile Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the pristine operation, maintenance, and sanitation of our innovative, one-of-a-kind mobile bottling unit, partnering with our Winemakers to execute the bottling and production of our world class wines!

What You Will Do:

  • Support bottling operations including preventative and predictive maintenance, line operations, quality inspections, and line relocation.
  • Complete bottling requirements and meet case production goals.
  • Implement line changeovers for different bottles, packaging, and liquids.
  • Handle quality assurance throughout the bottling process, ensuring the highest level of quality of our products.
  • Operate and troubleshoot risks to downtime such as jams, resetting equipment, and equipment calibration.
  • Ensure machinery, equipment, and truck are cleaned daily and meet the highest standards of safety.
  • Follow, build, and ensure SOPs and GMPs are being supervised and met.
  • Lead scheduled bottling runs and line setups at our winery's.

What You Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in trades, mechanical/electrical engineering or process focused college diploma.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing/production environment (wine or beverage production is an asset).
  • High standard to operate equipment safely and efficiently with a strong focus on quality.
  • Knowledge of packaging/bottling equipment and product handling operations.
  • Strong mechanical proficiency.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and available to travel within the Okanagan Valley
