a day in the life
- Participate in solution designs of projects and programs
- Assist in defining the project & program scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Assist in developing project charters and work plans
- Coordinate internal and third-party resources for execution
- Manage changes throughout execution using verification methodology
- Monitor project & program implementation and ensure it falls within timelines and budget
- Measure performance by using appropriate tools and techniques
- Establish and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Develop and communicate reports, analytics, surveys and necessary SOPs.
- 3+ years experience as a project manager in the supply chain, logistics environment; preference would be given to those with a PMP designation;
- 3-5 years experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, or key account management experiences;
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Office applications;
- Bachelor degree in Logistics and Transportation Management, or Business/Commerce preferred, or equivalent work experience;
- Previous experience in the fashion/ retail industry would be considered a asset.
