Robinson Solutions, a subsidiary of TEAM Group, is hiring!

We are currently seeking Industrial Cleaners to be assigned at the Toyota Manufacturing plant in Woodstock, Ontario. Successful applicants will be working in a full-time capacity and will have opportunity for future growth within the organization. In this role, the successful applicant would be cleaning manufacturing process equipment and the areas in direct vicinity of the process equipment. Attitude and professionalism are vital. Shifts may include evenings, weekends and weekdays.

Starting base rate $17.25/hr (with icremental raises based on lifetime hours worked).

May be eligible for other pay premiums over & above the base rate: ie. Shift premiums, Job Specific premiums, etc.

Benefits offered for full time team members after 90 day probation

Eligibility to enroll in the company RRSP matching program for full time team members after 3 years of service.

Industrial Cleaner Requirements:

- Applicants must be 18 years or older.

- Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform general labour tasks, comfort working with ladders, as well as crawling, squatting or kneeling.

- Previous experience working with industrial equipment and chemicals would be considered an asset, but not a requirement.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills

- Specific cleaning procedures include: total preventative maintenance, Jig cleaning and all multi-faceted industrial cleaning.

We do NOT do Janitorial Cleaning, we clean the automotive process.
