At Aligned Minds we are a group of heart-centred mental health professionals who care deeply about providing quality mental health services and working hard to elevate client care to the highest possible standard. We are seeking an associate to join our growing team.
You would be a great fit if:
- You are a Registered Psychologist or Registered Social Worker who is already trained to provide couples therapy
- Have training in the Gottman Method of couples therapy
- You have experience with, or have a desire to be mentored by us, to work with neurodiverse (i.e. ASD &/or ADHD) couples or couples navigating the transition to parenthood. *These niche interests are not necessary to be considered for the position.
- Are flexible to provide virtual and in-person sessions
- Carry your own liability/malpractice insurance
- Enjoy working independently and have a desire to work collaboratively with our team
You would love our Aligned Minds Team if you:
- Desire a flexible schedule
- Want to receive competitive contract percentage split
- Want to work a minimum of 10-15 client sessions/week up to full-time
- Benefit from collaborating with a supportive team
- Would like to work in a newly renovated and fully furnished office space in the trendy and desirable location of Mission in central SW Calgary

Salary: $5,000.00-$10,000.00 per month

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Calgary, AB T2S 2S7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Master's Degree (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Registration as a Psychologist or Social Worker (required)
