PCM Pomeroy Construction & Maintenance Ltd. Vancouver, BC
PCM currently requires an employee to drive a flat deck truck to its construction sites and complete deliveries, dump runs and general labour. We have a positive, friendly working environment and strive to provide opportunity for growth and long term employment.
Pay scale range:
- Truck driver / labourer: $26 - $28 per hour plus cell phone alowance
- 50/50 extended health and dental benefit package available
- bonuses paid twice per year

Duties and responsibilities:
- pick up and delivery of materials to and from shop, suppliers and construction sites
- pick up construction debris and deliver to dump / recycler (truck has hydraulic dump deck)
- site clean up and general house keeping
Requirements:
- general knowledge / interest in construction
- labourer hand tools, safety compliant boots and hard hat
- punctual; be on time every day
- reliable; work a 40 hour week
- dependable; able to work independently with minimal supervision
- able to commute to our office / shop in Burnaby
- follow PCM, provincial health and Worksafe BC safety regulations
- must have valid drivers licence and good driving record (driver's abstract)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- construction: 1 year (preferred)
