Leon’s Peterborough is looking for a talented individual who has the drive, determination, and attention to detail to help lead our warehouse through our most successful year yet! Our Warehouse and Fleet Manager is looking for the right individual to add to her amazing team!

We are seeking an energetic, positive and organized leader to join our team as our Warehouse Supervisor.Candidates must be available both weekdays and weekends. Your schedule will remain the same week to week, but you must have the flexibility to answer the bell when it rings. You will work arm in arm with our Manager and assist the team as we continue to maintain our position as Peterborough’s best alternative for home furnishings.

Experience and Skills Needed

· We are looking for a well-organized leader who can drive a positive culture and a strong work ethic.

· Problem solving and organizational skills are very important in this role

· Help in controlling costs associated with a warehouse and fleet team

· Interact with both customers and other staff members in a positive leadership roll

· Be able to make decisions and adapt to a busy day

· You must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items.

· Be comfortable driving smaller delivery trucks (no special license required)

· Must be comfortable with basic computer use

· Bondable

· Valid Driver’s License…..you are going to go places!
