Our client in Puslinch is hiring for warehouse associates to work on a reach truck. This is the largest logistic company in the world and has over 50+ warehouses in Canada alone.

JOB DUTIES:

• Grab/ Sign out RF Scanner and Dock Stocker (MHE) or Reach Truck
• Look at RF Scanner to see what location you are going to
• Jobs consist of case picking orders on scanner
• Building full pallet while driving around. Using your hands/ physicality to grab and put on pallet.

SHIFT:

All the following shifts available:

• Afternoons: 3:00PM - 11:00PM (Mon - Fri)
• Nights: 11:00PM - 7:00AM (Sun-Thurs)
• Fri, Sat, Sun: 7:00AM - 7:00PM (Weekend)
• Sat, Sun, Mon: 7:00AM - 7:00PM (Weekend)

WAGE:

Pay starts at $25.50/ HR

• Afternoon premium: 50 cent
• Nights Premium: 75 cents
• Weekend shifts: 50 cent premium
• If you work overtime there are bonuses available.

BREAKS:

• Two 15 minute paid breaks (ALL BREAKS FULLY PAID)
• 30 minute unpaid lunch

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Very clean and organized
• Very bright and collaborative
• Fridge and freezer environment

BENEFITS:

• There is an incentive bonus for candidates who perform better than 100% which means more money for harder performers
• They provide all gear at first day (jacket, snow pants, hats, gloves)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6 month experience with operating Reach truck or Dock stocker (MHE/ Stand up forklift)
• 6 month Experience with RF scanner
• Must be able to lift 50lbs (most cases they are picking are 5-30lbs)
• Must have external/ in-house with any Forklift certificate (Stand up, reach, forklift)
• Must be comfortable with working in Fridge/ Freezer environment (IN ALL SEASONS)
