We are seeking (3) Maintenance Crew members to join our team this winter season! This position(s) will be responsible for snow removal at our commercial sites (condominiums). Snow removal includes using blower packs, sweepers, snow throwers, shovels, and skid steers. This is a seasonal position, however we can discuss sticking around for our summer season on our mowing crews if interested.

Trusty Tree Services is a locally employee owned, and operated company based in Sherwood Park, serving the Edmonton Area since 2017. We provide services such as tree pruning, tree removals, tree & shrub planting, hazard assessments, stump grinding, brush chipping, landscaping, and more.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Skid Steer experience preferred but not required

· Able to respond to work within 1 hour dispatch (daytime only, no nightshifts)

· Physically capable to be on your feet for multiple hours

· Positive attitude, team player, strong work ethic, and ability to communicate with clientele

Duties

· Clearing snow from sidewalks, roadways, driveways, and parking lots

· Applying rock chips and de-icer

· Working independently but reporting to supervisor by phone

· Safe operation of equipment and vehicles

· Maintenance of all gear and equipment

· Daily/Weekly/Monthly: Ensure equipment meets company safety standards (conduct pre-trips, safety job site meetings, safe work practices)

Work Site and Schedule:

· Monday to Sunday availability; we do not work on Christmas Day

· Commercial & Residential sites (condominium sites)

· Locations vary in the Edmonton Area

Skills & Abilities

· Able to comprehend written and verbal instruction

· Operate and perform basic maintenance on snow equipment

Hourly Wage:

Maintenance Crew $18.00-$30.00 dependent on experience and certifications. Paid bi-weekly with direct deposit.
