Responsibilities and Duties

• Follow up with customer to collect on open and overdue invoices.
• Identify causes of late payment (disputes / claims) and initiate these with the respective departments
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner via phone and e-mail
• Maintain the A/R reports for customers and assist in cash application.
• Assist as a tether for AP
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

In-house Position (must be willing to travel to Bolton, Ontario)

Preferred to have:

• Freight / Logistics Industry experience

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bolton, ON L7E 4G4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
