Service and Parts Coordinator Job at Fredericton Toyota
Fredericton Toyota has an immediate opening for a Service and Parts Coordinator to join our team. You must be a reliable individual and possess a strong work ethic. We are looking for an individual who will assist both our Service Advisors and our Parts department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Service Advisors during peak times with greeting customers, writing of service repair orders to resolve customer concerns, conducting the walk around process, reviewing vehicle history to identify servicing and repair, translating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology while educating customers on maintenance and repair needs.
- Assist our Warranty Advisor in processing warranty claims, filing paperwork, scheduling rental vehicles, data entry, etc during peak times.
- Assist our Internal Service Advisor with supervising and dispatching work to the Internal Technician team and Detailing team when needed
- Assisting our Parts team with deliveries of parts to Body shop, etc.
Qualification and Characteristics that lead to success in this job are:
- Commitment to providing an outstanding experience for all our customers

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Aptitude for learning
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in Automotive industry is considered an asset
- Bilingualism is considered an asset
