It is best suited to someone who is comfortable working outside the box; our playgrounds don't fit within regular building code categories.

You will brainstorm ideas, analyze, test, document, and present your work by collaborating with a diverse group of colleagues. Ultimately, you will strive toward developing new skills within all areas of playground design and construction.
Ideal candidates will:
- have a background in engineering, custom construction, design or a similar industry;
- have experience using custom 3D CAD modeling software;
- have intermediate to advanced experience with Solidworks for detailing;
- experience writing macros or programming with Solidworks API an asset;
- think that building models, Lego, or even assembling IKEA furniture is awesome;
- enjoy collaborative work with a multidisciplinary team but also work effectively with little supervision;
- have a growth mindset, and learn from your mistakes;
- have excellent attention to detail;
- possess excellent organization skills;
- have a natural ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently;
- have a creative mind and willingness to think outside the box.
What's in it for you?
