Wilsons Heating is looking for a Senior Office Clerk to join our team at our Sackville branch.

Wilsons Heating specializes in custom heating solutions, providing service to thousands of home- and business owners in Nova Scotia. With 30+ years in HVAC, and 110+ years providing comfort solutions Atlantic Canadians, you'll be joining a trusted team of experts who pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional client experience.

As the successful candidate, you'll be primarily responsible for accurate and timely data entry, analyzing data and reaching out to obtain missing data when necessary, answering and routing phone calls, setting up new accounts, and other general administrative duties.

This role reports to the Administrative/Branch Manager and works closely with several other team members.

Our next Senior Office Clerk is someone who is:

• Detail-oriented and very organized
• Dependable and a team player
• Client-focused and positive
• Able to switch between tasks such as answering the phone and data entry projects
• Skilled in communicating effectively - both verbally and written
• Familiar with computer applications
• Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:

• Experience in another data entry or customer service role is an asset with entry level accounting background
