What we offer
Mattamy Asset Management has a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer position available on the IT Enterprise Services team reporting to the Manager, Web Development.
The Senior Dynamics 365 Developer is responsible for developing business applications using Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform. This individual will work closely with Application Management and Project teams to complete deliverables in support of technology solutions.
The Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer is part of the Enterprise Services team which provides in-depth knowledge of the systems to devise and implement solutions to address business requirements and meet the needs of the business stakeholders.
We are looking for a result-oriented self-starter to join the Application Development team. This is an exciting opportunity with lots of visibility and the opportunity to make a real impact on our business.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, test and deploy C# ASP.NET software solutions that are compliant to Microsoft Dynamics 365 SDK; software documentation and reporting
- Oversee developing business applications using the Dynamics 365 CRM, Power platform
- Software configuration, including code development
- Manage the delivery of D365 solutions collaborating across various stakeholders
- Modify/maintain plug-ins, workflows and web services of MS Dynamics 365 as needed
- Configure and customize Dynamics/Power Apps Portal
- DevOps automation (testing and deployment)
- Research complex problems, find optimal solutions and implement them considering best practices
- Troubleshoot problems and fix bugs in a timely manner and conduct quality assurance
- Will have a sound understanding of sales & marketing processes
What you bring
- University degree or college diploma in information technology.
- Must have 5+ years of experience working as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) Developer
- Ability to perform peer code reviews and mentor junior team members
- Ability to communicate complex processes clearly to the project team
- Experience with ASP.Net MVC and API application development using C# as well as experience developing client-side applications with HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) 2013, 2015, 2016, Online and/or On Premise
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (Function Apps, Web Apps, Service Bus, Logic Apps, etc.)
- Experience with Power Platform Development (Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, & Power Automate)
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate)
- Self-starter with substantial motivation and ability to learn new tools & build expertise
Bonus points
- Relevant Microsoft certification
- Experience with 3rd party application integration like Mulesoft a huge plus
- Experience with Portal development
- Plug-in development (C#); experience with the Dynamics CRM SDK
- Experience with systems integration using JSON, SOAP, REST technologies
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Azure Pipelines
