We are recruiting a SAP Senior Business Systems Analyst to work at our corporate head office in downtown Toronto and be broadly responsible for working with business, and IT teams, and with service delivery partners, to identify and deliver business solution improvements that bring value to Plexxus and its customers.

Considerable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with demonstrated high degree of project ownership and accountability is required. Breadth and depth knowledge across the Supply Chain and Logistics areas within SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA with a focus on the Procure to Pay (P2P) area, Materials Management (MM) is a must and its integration with other areas such as Sales and Distribution (SD), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), Finance (FI) and proven functional experience working with interfaces.

Experience with multiple go-lives and post go-live support is required.

Accountabilities:

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules and integrated solutions to enhance the business functionality and overall performance for member Hospitals and Plexxus, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with Plexxus, Hospitals, and third-party business and technical teams as required to optimize requirements definition and deliverables to help them reach their business goals
• Analyze current business processes and scenarios and recommend/develop solutions to meet the requirements for improvements
• Provide senior level business analysis, solution delivery including business case development, business case development, scoping, planning, testing, risk assessment, establishing milestones, and deliverables
• Produce high quality deliverables including business requirements, project plans, test plans, test scenarios/cases, functional designs, knowledge transfer materials, etc., as well as blueprints and project charters where appropriate
• Track, monitor, and communicate project and enhancement progress and status against the project plan, requirements, quality measures, standard processes, and milestones
• Provide quality assurance of documentation, testing, configuration and development completed by third parties
• Collaborate with Plexxus, Hospitals, and third-party business and technical teams
• Utilize industry experience and benchmarks to evaluate the effectiveness of methodologies applied during the application delivery process
• Participate and contribute to strategic and functional excellence initiatives identified within the IT department
• Follow and improve Plexxus policies, procedures, methodologies, and standards to ensure effective planning and delivery of ITS services, management of vendors and customers, and maintenance of the ‘one build’ concept in the shared services environment.
• Maintain comprehensive end to end, integrated business and systems knowledge and documentation of ITS changes for ongoing support, and for audit and legal compliance

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of related business systems analyst experience within an SAP environment, implementation, enhancement, testing, integration, deployment, and support.
• Proven experience on the Procure to Pay (P2P) business processes with focus on SAP ECC, Materials Management (MM) and its integration with other areas such as Sales and Distribution (SD) and Interfacing w/ SAP Process Integration
• Experience working with SAP inbound and outbound interfaces, developing functional specifications, testing and understanding of SAP PI
• Experience working with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA Procurement and Ariba Procure to Pay is an asset
• SAP certification in SAP ECC MM or S/4HANA Procurement, is desirable
• Experience gathering business requirements, writing business cases and functional specifications
• University degree or College diploma or equivalent experience
• High-quality written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills along with an attention to detail, including the ability to prepare and deliver process documentation, specifications, etc.
• Proven experience managing delivery of projects
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently, setting goals, and meeting timelines
• Workshop facilitation and meeting leadership experience, including provision of appropriate documentation
• Experience working in successful third-party vendor relationships
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience working in supply chain organizations in a non-public sector is preferred and experience working in healthcare would be an asset
