We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager with at least 3+ years of sales experience in the IT sector. This person's primary goal will be to identify leads, research, do strategic analysis, implement strategies, negotiate and close the deal. He/She will play an essential role in the development and execution of DeljooSoft.com's business model and work closely with the founders for marketing and sales strategic direction. You are expected to be intelligent and persuasive and able to think at strategic revenue-generating levels.
Who We Are: Deljoo Inc. is an IT service provider and an approved CDAP(Canadian Digital Adoption Program) advisory company in Toronto, Ontario. We provide digital advisory services, software development and cyber security services to our clients in entire Canada.
Your Responsibilities:
- This is a hybrid role - you may work from the office, meeting with clients in their place of business or at your home office as needs dictate
- Attracting new business through activities such as cold-calling, networking and meeting with potential clients and digital marketing
- Target executive-level SME decision-makers with over $1M in revenue across Canada
- Utilize multiple channels to engage with your prospects, including phone, e-mail, LinkedIn, Twitter and other digital media
- Develop videos and presentations to help get our proactive message across
- Organizing sales visits
- Clarifying customers’ and clients’ requirements and recommending the appropriate services
- Negotiating contracts
- Undertaking relevant research on the channels like events, media, and associations to approach our target audience
- Maintaining sales records
- Giving demonstrations
- Making and giving presentations
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Preparing tenders and proposals
- Writing reports and sales literature
- Work closely with marketing to leverage messaging and collateral to drive sales.
- Consistently maintain accurate information on your activities, next steps, probabilities, communications and forecasting within our HubSpot CRM
- Reviewing and giving suggestions on all our marketing materials, including our website, social media and brochures

- Well-developed organizational, sales leadership and strategic planning skills
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to investigate, understand and communicate business outcomes with technology decisions
- You have excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple responsibilities simultaneously effectively
Compensation:
- Base salary ($40k~$60k) plus commission on deals closed
