Renovation Sales Consultant Job at Pollard Windows Inc
The role of the Renovation Sales Consultant includes but is not limited to the following. Represent Pollard Windows products and services while working with new and existing renovation accounts. The role requires strong prospecting skills, all aspects of client interaction with sites and communication with head office. You will also be required to work with our Accounting Department on occasion with collection issues and clarifications.
- Attend to the Showroom, providing assistance and quotes to customers
- Follow-up on leads provided, and generate new business interest
- Consult with Manager on product options and installation questions
- Work with Installers on measure checks, and follow up to ensure timeliness
- Follow up with Customers on any open orders
- Ensure orders are entered promptly and correctly
- Communicate with Production on required delivery dates
- Work with Display Centre Manager to ensure sales targets are met.
