Program Staff Job at Boys & Girls Club of Strathcona County
BGC Strathcona County (formerly Boys & Girls Club of Strathcona County) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and youth in our community.
Reporting to the Club Coordinator, this position will be responsible for facilitation of programs, the development of positive relationships with members and the overall experience of the club on a daily basis. A program staff represents the BGC and will do their utmost to develop and maintain a positive relationship with any school partners, parents and community members associated with a club location or the organization in general. A program staff is to represent the BGC and its interests at all times as an essential part of a member’s experience with BGC.
Programs operate from Monday to Friday from 6:15am to 8:45am and 3:00pm to 6:00pm, early dismissal days from 2:00pm to 6:00pm and Professional Development Days within the hours of 6:00am to 6:00pm. All BGC staff are expected to be punctual and interact in a professional manner.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
