Production Accounting Support Analyst Job at Fujitsu
The roles and responsibilities of the position include:
- Assisting application users with:
- Step by step guidance for specific production accounting tasks related to the application.
- Providing initial diagnosis and assists in resolving incidents by using the known error database.
- Correctly diagnosing and resolving pre-defined incident types.
- Responding to emails in a timely manner.
- Provide clients with contact numbers when required.
- Providing clients with contact information for government ministries and industry.
- Assisting clients to navigate through various government webpages.
- Assisting in testing of the monthly releases:
- Create test cases.
- Run and record results of test cases.
- Incident Management:
- Uses incident management tool to document client interactions.
- Assign issues to 2 nd level Subject Matter Experts.
- Use incident management tools to keep management abreast of trends or any issues that arise.
- Keeps clients updated of status of issues.
Mandatory Skills, Certifications and Experience
Successful candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills.
- Registration in or completion of Canadian Association of Petroleum Production Accounting (CAPPA) certification.
- Practical experience with Oil & Gas Production Accounting.
- Ability to work autonomously but also work with other team members.
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationship with clients.
- Ability to accept responsibility and accountability.
- Ability to work in an environment with a dynamic workload.
- Working knowledge of common desktop tools.
Desirable Skills, Certifications and Experience
Beneficial Skills:
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas business and operating practices.
- Service desk or call-centre experience.
- Must be a self-starter, organized, detail oriented and have ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Practical knowledge of the inter-relationships and inter-dependencies that exist in the oil and gas industry as it relates to production accounting and reporting.
- Stress management skills to handle multi-tasking activities and tight deadlines.
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to pursue continuous improvement.
- Ability to facilitate meetings.

- Communicate clearly and to the point.
