As a Parts Picker you will be required to be in close communication with various departments within the organization on inventory related matters on a daily and on-going basis. You will also help coordinate efficient flow of materials by ensuring correct and timely parts are picked and supplied to the assembly departments.

Responsibilities may include:

• Pick part and components for mechanical assembly
• Deliver materials as needed
• Strong work ethic and the ability to quickly and accurately pick products
• Assisting shipping department with expediting shortages
• Communicate with project managers and department supervisors to learn production schedules
• Use a forklift (or willing to learn)
• Review shipment schedules

Skills and Experience:

• Order picking and fulfillment experience required
• Must have excellent attention for detail
• Good organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively and efficiently
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Physically demanding position that requires continual walking, climbing and bending
