Currently, we are looking for a Painter who will integrate and fit well with our small dedicated team. Our team consists of in-house painters and contractors that are dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of workmanship. We offer a training program that allows our painters to expand in the painting industry which promotes growth within the company. Qualifications

• Must have experience working on new construction homes or apartments
• Painting experience an asset
• Ability to operate a spraying machine is a huge asset
• Ability to work at heights
• Must be able to effectively communicate with team members on and off-site
• Dynamic individual who is willing to work with others
• An individual that is adaptable to learning various technique
• Knowledge of pressure washing, prep work, skimming, plastering, and wallpaper removal

Requirements

• Own mode of transportation- vehicle
• Ability to operate a spraying machine is a huge asset
• Be willing and able to communicate effectively to on-site and office managers
• Must own a smartphone
• Working at heights certified
• Safety-conscious

Compensation We offer piecework to painters based on a square foot model or hourly depending on the scope of work and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepping, taping, masking, sanding, rolling, spraying brushing, prep work, keep track of materials used, communication with the team Etc.
