Our rapidly expanding Growth team seeks a Marketing Manager passionate about growing GeoComply’s presence in Fintech, Financial Services, Digital Identity, and 3rd-party Marketplaces.

Reporting to the GM of Growth, you will work to establish GeoComply as a market leader in new verticals and sales channels. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of our unfolding story. You’ll implement comprehensive go-to-market plans and high-impact marketing campaigns that move our business forward and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Go-To-Market strategy for industry verticals, leading strategic campaign launches for various products and services.
  • Serve as the accountable leader in Growth for all Demand Generation activities from Awareness through Qualification.
  • Articulate GeoComply’s value proposition and key messaging in Growth verticals, developing a strategic content plan and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with all other shared services in the marketing department to execute a seamless Demand Gen strategy (Creative, Digital, Comms, etc.)
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align on tradeshow and thought leadership event objectives and own end-to-end project management and execution.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and identify opportunities and actions to iterate and improve campaign performance and impact.
  • Showcase the value of marketing programs to GeoComply’s executive team through powerful analytics and storytelling.
  • Oversee marketing spend and activities; Ensure efficiency and alignment with Growth budgets; Quickly adjust approach when needed.
  • Produce content for key campaigns and specific business development opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and define new marketing campaigns to capitalize on emerging trends
  • Collaborate with other marketing leaders for our priority verticals and products to ensure brand continuity and alignment.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience or an analytical role at a tech company.
  • Professional experience in FinTech/Financial Services or Digital Identity
  • Experience partnering with diverse cross-functional teams to deliver critical business outcomes.
  • Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics for use in discovering actionable insights, an Excel master.
  • Creative: Skilled at brainstorming newsworthy ideas and generating buzz around the industry verticals we’re targeting.
  • Community Builder: Skilled networker who builds personal relationships with partners, customers, and advocates.
  • Results-oriented: Strategic, focused on outcomes. Ability to think about experimental opportunities.
  • Experience developing marketing measurement systems and holding the team accountable for hitting ambitious growth goals.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high-priority initiatives.
  • You possess exceptional written and verbal communication, planning, and project management skills.
