Moves Financial is an early-stage FinTech startup that is growing quickly and looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to join their team. This role will be focused on driving efficient mobile app user acquisition across various paid media channels, as well as through partnerships and affiliates. You will be working on a lean Growth Marketing team so should be comfortable operating independently to come up with a strategy and execute on it.

We are looking for someone that has a track record of driving ROAS-positive acquisition campaigns in the B2C space. This is a remote role in Canada.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and drive the strategy around cost-efficient user acquisition, with a focus on 2 key metrics: net new users (installs) and CAC
  • Optimize performance and spend across all paid channels — Facebook, Google, TikTok, Apple and Google Play Stores, Affiliates, and paid Partnerships
  • Keep a constant pulse on marketing performance, working with our team to build the right reporting/dashboards and dive into the data to analyze, optimize and pull key insights
  • Set up experiments and tests (A/B, multivariate, etc.) to validate hypotheses and continually strive towards improvement; iterate and make changes on-the-fly

About You

  • You have a track-record of doing ROAS-positive B2C user acquisition work with a focus on cost-effective growth
  • You are comfortable managing key channels and platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, App Store) independently (you are the SME, vs. relying on specialist colleagues or agencies)
  • You are able to analyze your own data in a combination of Excel/Sheets and BI tools (Tableau, Amplitude, GA, etc.). It would be even better if you were comfortable pulling your own data and writing your own SQL queries.
  • You have experience working in lean teams that require you to wear multiple hats, work quite autonomously and make decisions quickly

Logistics

  • Location — this is a Remote role in Canada.
  • Compensation — we expect to be in the $110,000 - $140,000 range for this role, plus benefits, stock options, PTO, etc.
  • Timeline — we are looking for someone to start with us in April 2023
