Summary
Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate. Qualifications
The successful applicant will have the following qualifications:
- Graduation from post secondary hospitality or tourism school
- at least 1 years experience in guest services
- Strong customer relations experience and ability to turn negative situations into a positive one
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
