Right now, we are looking for entry level marketing representatives/outside lead generators. Training will be provided so no prior experience is required. If you work hard and are able to handle more leadership responsibilities, we will have other plans for you - Career Growth!

Your responsibilities:

• Join our Marketing and Promotion Team to travel to different residential locations from November to February/May
• Make a short introduction with the potential residential customers/ homeowners and ask to see whether they would be interested in getting a free lawn care estimate from us.
• If the customer says “Yes” and signs the authorization form for us to contact them for the quote, that is considered as a lead! No selling is involved and the customers do not have to pay for anything at the door.
• If you are interested in working with us as a lawn care technician (physical work, apply products to the customers’ lawns), you can stay and work from February/May to October to make this a full time position.
• Please take note that even though this is a marketing position, you may be asked to do the physical lawn care work once in a while when required.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work at least 3 days per week, about 8 hours per day between Monday and Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Positive mindset with a can-do attitude
• Must be physically fit since you would be walking a lot in the winter conditions
• Not mandatory but having a driver license would be an asset
