We ae currenttly recruting for various positons for our client, an Electronic manufacturer located in Markham:
Position: Electronic Hand Soldering Technician
Location: Markham, ON
Pay: $20/ hour + $0.50/ hour shift premium on afternoon shift
Shifts available: Day shift – 7am – 3:30pm Monday Friday; Afternoon - 4:30pm - 3pm Monday - Thursday
Position Overview:
- Responsible for the soldering and rework of Through-hole and larger SMT components.
- Rework and repair using soldering iron and other de-soldering tools
- Good knowledge of electronic assemblies including through hole and SMT components, drawings and BOMs.
- Familiar with IPC standards with respect to PCB repair.
- Proficient use of microscope.
- Knowledge of quality systems and ESD control.
- Previous experience and strong electronic background
- Post-secondary Electronics Diploma
**Also hiring for other roles including, Electronic Inspector, SMT Machine Operator, Test Technician, Kitting, Assembly and Entry level Electronic Production line roles over day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts**
Pay ranges from $17 - $22.00 / hour depending on position, shift and experience
