Responsibilities
- Architectural designing, drafting/detailing including but not limited to:
- Preparation and production of Architectural and/or structural based drawings such as:
- Architectural Site Plans
- Architectural Floor Plans, Reflective Ceiling, Roof Plans and details
- Building cross-sections and details
- Room, Door and Window Schedules
- Steel roof framing plans, Wall framing elevations
- Foundation plans
- Coordinate any revisions/mark-ups of working drawings.
- Liaison with sales, estimating, and project management departments, as required for the purpose of preparing working drawings.
- Preparation and production of Architectural and/or structural based drawings such as:
Skill Requirements
- Successful applicant will have minimum 1- 5 years’ experience.
- Strong organizational and communications skills.
- Strong construction techniques and practices knowledge would be considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of the O.B.C. would be considered an asset.
- Must have high knowledge and skills with drawing application programs in AutoCad and/or Architectural Desktop. Knowledge of other software such as Outlook, Word and Excel
