Brampton Authentic Indian Food is well known for its high standard of culinary excellence. We are urgently looking for a highly experienced, creative and innovative experienced Specialist Tandoor Cook with at least 3 years of experience in preparing and cooking traditional Indian tandoor and familiarity with special Indian herbs and spices.

Job Description:

As a full-time Chef (Tandoor and Curry) you will be required to work morning, evening and weekend. The applicant should be team worker, punctual, proactive, outgoing and dependable and be required to perform the following tasks:

• Prepare and cook complete authentic Indian tandoor recipes and curry using special Indian herbs and spices;
• Work with specialized cooking equipment, such as the tandoor oven and deep fryer;
• Prepare and mix ingredients with specific species to create the right balance of taste;
• Create new recipes according to specific request of the clients;
• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure quality of the food;
• Adapt menu dishes to accommodate customers with food orders;
• Plan menus and order food and kitchen supplies along with the supervisor;
• Supervise the kitchen staff;
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
