The main purpose of this position is to process payments and/or serve food within the Base Lodges while providing the best service possible while maintaining the service standards of a quick service restaurant. This diverse position includes all functions of the Front of House including busing tables and general cleaning duties.

WAGE - $17.00 plus Gratuity

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Accurately enter meal selections into POS and process payment. (cash, credit/debit card payments)
• Read chits to ensure food orders are correct
• Deliver food orders to guests seated at table
• Scoop ice cream into cones or cups (summer only)
• Clear Guest's trays and debris form table; sanitize tables, chairs (all surfaces)
• Change garbage, recycle and compost bins
• Bussing tables and Customer Service

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

• Some completion of High School
• Must have Smart Serve certification. We will provide training, but you must be 18 years of age to be certified.
• Basic working knowledge of food and beverage
• Basic Food Safety knowledge
• Strong basic math ability to accurately count and handle money
• Previous experience on POS is an Asset
