Job Description

• Working with your Team effectively, doing procedures correctly to get the job done right
• Once Trained, able to work independently without supervision within the team enviroment.
• Inspect customers vehicles and being hands on
• Perform automotive services to help customers maintain and protect their second largest investment
• Develop a full understanding of company objectives, policies and procedure.
• Working Closely with the customers and giving them full confidence in our work.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

What We Need

• Technical Automotive experience not required as training will be provided. However, a general understanding of vehicles is Expected!
• Mechanically inclined will help with training and may move you through training more rapidly
• Must be accustomed to a fast-paced environment
• Must have a high degree of integrity
• Must be personable and love communicating with Customers
• Attention to detail
• Enjoys working in a team environment
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• A dedicated, hard-working individual that can take direction well
• Self-motivated
• Ability to notice things and take action

Training you'll get

• Complete our Certification programs including Hood Technician, Lower Level Technician and Service Advisor and Tire Technician.
• Training will continue with other supervisor positions including Inventory Supervisor, Admin Supervisor, Health and Safety Rep.
• Potential Supervisor/Key Holder and Assistant Manager and even Manager training.
