Express SRG is recruiting for a VP of Operations/General Manager for a lubrication equipment wholesaler in Kitchener, ON. Reporting directly to the President; this position will be responsible for improving efficiency while managing the company’s overall operations.

Responsibilities (Not limited to: )

• Directing warehouse’s business activities including scheduling, budgeting etc.
• Evaluating operational and financial performance; achieving, or exceeding P&L objectives.
• Identifying growth opportunities.
• Hiring employees; evaluating performance and productivity.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of demonstrated leadership experience from distribution; warehouse or service environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• An ability to positively influence and build sustainable relationships at all levels.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and project management skills.
