Remote Telephone Fundraiser - Work From Home, Permanent, Full-Time only

Public Outreach is a social enterprise that connects donors with some of the world’s most renowned charities. We fundraise for groups like Doctors Without Borders, Amnesty International, Greenpeace, Plan International Canada, and UNICEF.

This job is a 100% remote (ANYWHERE IN CANADA) position.

Pay Rate:

• Hourly wage of $20/hr in BC, $19/hr in ON and AB, $18/hr in QC and NS
• Comprehensive, supportive, paid during evaluation period
• Benefits after 6 months
• Not a commission based job!

Qualifications:

• Sales or fundraising experience is an asset
• Clear communication skills
• Able to engage in conversations
• Positive and energetic
• An active interest and passion in social justice, and environmental issues
• Must be 18+

Technical Equipment [REQUIREMENTS]

• Windows 10, desktop or laptop (optional, not preferred - Mac with OS 10.14.xx or higher)
• Good internet connection (Ethernet preferred, wifi accepted)
• Cell Phone with consistent reception
• USB Headset or earbuds with a mic

Overview of Job Duties:

• Connecting with people on behalf of our Charity Partners
• Making outbound calls to people who have already engaged and are interested in the charity
• Deal with questions and concerns about the charity
• There is no cold calling

Schedules/Details about Shifts

• Full-time applicants only
• Minimum of 4 eight-hour shifts a week
