Job Title: Tutor (In-person)

Company: Toronto Top Academy Inc.

Location: Greater Toronto Area, Ontario

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in various subjects, including but not limited to math, science, English, and French
• Develop and implement personalized lesson plans based on the student's individual needs and learning style
• Monitor and track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
• Attend regular training sessions and team meetings as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Access to reliable transportation
• Must be willing to undergo a background check
