As a Tailor-Made Consultant with Intrepid, you will get to do that every single day! In this role, you will work closely with our travelers to provide to them with exceptional customer service and focus on maximizing sales of private departures, fully independent travel, and providing exemplary customer service by phone, email, and live chat.
You will work closely with our destination management network to create amazing itineraries focused on Sustainable Experience Rich Travel for customers, travel agents, and direct partnerships and create beautiful and inspiring final documentation for our clients. This is a full-time permanent position that operates remotely from our Toronto Office and will require evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
Some of the skills you’ll bring with you are:

• Travel industry course and/or experience within the travel industry

• Personal and/or professional travel experience to Intrepid destinations

• Experience working in a sales & customer service across phone, email, and live chat-based customer service

• Preferred experience in building FIT trips & working with travel booking systems is preferred
