Pay and Job summary:

*Commission based*
25-30% of sales sold will be paid to the Sales Person.

You will be stopping people from our booth at trade shows and doing demos that run on average 5 minutes long and will be closing them on the spot. Medium to fast paced sales environment depending on the time of day. Average sale is $110.

*New people: You will be on the floor working alongside other salespeople that will be selling $1000-$3000+/per day (Making $300-$1000+ to themselves daily) There will be opportunities to learn and shadow other salespeople when you first start. Training will also be provided. Also a manager will always be on the floor with you to help you close if you need to. (usually done in the beginning until you get comfortable doing it yourself)

The sale is simple and repetitive and not hard to master, as it lasts 5 minutes and you pitch a $110 bundle on average.

Availability:

*You will be working at trade shows around the GTA, mostly in Toronto. Trade shows usually run Friday-Sunday every week. Some are Thursday-Sunday. Some shows are out of the city which will require travel. Travel and hotel expenses will be paid and taken cared off for you for shows that are more than 2 hours out of the city.

You should have an open/flexible schedule. Traveling to shows outside the city is not mandatory, you can choose to do so if you wish.
