As a Scales Operator/Labourer, You Will:
- Receive and direct visitors and clients
- Operate scales and scale software
- Complete daily scale house and inventory reports
- Operate general construction equipment
- Be familiar with operating/handling numerous kinds of construction tools
- Demonstrate ability to gain knowledge quickly
- Follow safety precautions, procedures, and policies
- Ability to preform physical labour
- General clerical duties
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous construction experience will be considered an asset
- Experience in an office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to sit, stand or drive more than 90 minutes per day
- Ability to lift 50 lbs/22.7 kg
- Has an OSSD or equivalent diploma
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Punctual and reliable, and a team player
