OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

An opportunity to join PER as a Technical Consultant working remotely with our clients across Europe and US.

During your training period, you will be embedded within our Head of Recruitment’s Desk and conduct technical video consultations for candidates based primarily in the US that have been arranged on your behalf by our Social Media Team. You will submit those candidates you think suitable (initially to the Account Manager and then, once you are more experienced, the client) and managing the interview process.

Once fully trained, you work closely with a team of Social Media Analysts (Resourcers) who you’ll manage day-to-day and they’ll be responsible to source and book candidates for you to interview/qualify against the clients requirements.

Administration and sourcing of your candidates in downtime (i.e. 1. Calls 2. Calibration 3. Submitting 4. Sourcing if 1-3 not needed): your primary focus will be selecting the best candidates for our clients’ vacancies, presenting and managing them throughout the recruitment process.

Realistic progression opportunities are available for this person to become an Account Manager.

COMPENSATION AND OTHER BENEFITS

We benchmark our salaries to the local market and pay above market rate and aggressive commission structure giving our Technical Consultants the chance to realistically double their basic. QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years technical recruitment experience, ideally in staffing, semiconductors, energy, and electronics industries
• Fluent English; confident and comfortable speaking with people over video, phone calls and email.
• Extremely competent at using web-based apps (e.g. a CRM), Social Media websites (e.g. LinkedIn), and Microsoft Office tools; prior experience with a Recruitment CRM (big plus), Bullhorn (bigger plus), Teams (small plus).
• Proven track record of exceeding targets
• Highly organised, determined technical consultant who works hard to achieve targets and is resilient when deals don’t work out; communicate and collaborate effectively and are a positive energy around the office.
