Team Leader, Alliston ON

Pay $18 - 19 per hour
Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00PM - 1:00AM Friday's 3:00PM - 12:00AM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with Team Leads in opposite plant to ensure all processes are covered
• Monitor daily attendance
• Prepare daily quarterly rotations
• Pre-shift start-up meetings with associates
• New start orientations and assign PPE
• Perform process audits
• Assist with training associates and process sign off's
• Weekly laundry delivery to Cintas on-site
• Incident & Injury reports
• Perform related duties as assigned by management
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Follow operation standards and work instructions to ensure consistency in process
• Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures
• Other duties as required
  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Effective organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Must be able to work under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully
• Must be able to maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-9-hour shifts
• Own transportation
