· 2 – 5 years in retail management experience

· Skilled multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
· A team player with the ability to lead, train, and grow a team of up to 5 employees
· Passion for Beer, Wine and Spirits
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer service
· Establish a sales-based store culture
· Training, coaching and developing new team members
· Establish, monitor and control inventory
· Managing merchandising and in store promotions
· Completing schedules
· Carrying out daily bank deposits
· Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety & Alberta Employment Standards regulations
· Ensure compliance with AGLC guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $23.00 per hour
