Avenue Machinery Corp. is currently seeking to hire a Service administrator to support our busy service department in our West Kelowna, B.C. location.
Our growth in the agriculture and industrial equipment sales industry is based on providing superior customer service in all departments, Avenue Machinery is a multi-year award winner for #1 sales of Kubota agriculture and industrial equipment in Canada. We also sell and service Agco and Krone equipment that support our valued customers in the agriculture industry.

The Service Administrator is responsible for the incoming customer calls for service inquiries, creating workorders for the service foremen, ongoing communication with the customer during the repair process, closing of workorders into invoices and collection of payment.
Job Description:
- Recieving incoming customer service inquiries.
- Creating service invoices
- Discussing customer payment method up front before repairs are scheduled.
- Communicating with shop formen on incoming repairs and field calls.
- Review and corrections of technician timesheets.
- Monitoring all of warranty claim submissions.
- Working in cooperation with the Shop Foreman and/or technicians to ensure claim accuracy.
- Provide warranty information for manufacturer machines that have current warranty or expired warranty to determine repair procedures to service foremen and technicians.
- Working with manufacturer reps to ensure claims are authorized.
- Updating product warranty information & product recalls.
