Our Northern Alberta Credit Union client is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to join their Cold Lake, AB team.
The Senior Relationship Manager will be accountable for the growth and development of commercial and agricultural portfolios. This role will manage a portfolio of business members of $25M and higher. In addition, this role will promote, sell and negotiate business-banking services to current and potential members, proactively developing long-term, profitable relationships with members, service partners and local markets to optimize business opportunities and referrals. You and your team will ensure that both the credit unions and business services goals and objectives are met and all assigned lending activities are in compliance with legislation, regulations, policy and procedures.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Effective relationship management
- Portfolio management
- Financial statement analysis and risk assessment
- Credit solutions and underwriting
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in a credit union, including direct experience in business lending and relationship management
- Post-secondary degree in Business or other relevant combined education and experience
