They are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to work on their commercial portfolio of retail, grocery store and franchise projects. THE JOB
As a senior architectural technologist, you will work collaboratively to produce full sets of details, drawings and construction documents. Site visits, some CA and project coordination will also be a part of the role, as well as working with clients and project teams to deliver work in a timely and efficient manner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated architectural technologist to continue developing their career within a collaborative team environment that offers flexibility and plenty of support.

WHAT'S REQUIRED
- A Senior Architectural Technologist that can prepare a full set drawings, ideally in both AutoCAD and Revit for the retail environment, with minimal supervision
- 7+ years of experience, with knowledge of relevant building code and experience with researching applicable zoning by-laws
- A portfolio (elevation, floor plans & section details) that demonstrates relevant experience either commercial, retail, public, community or similar work
- Ability to step into a fast-paced environment; deal with internal and external stakeholders to move projects forward
- Good written and verbal communication skills - ability to do site visits to collect vital information
- Contract administration skills are an asset
- Ability to provide mentorship to other staff
- Good communication skills and a dedicated work ethic
- Work for a dynamic team and market leader in their niche, alongside other architectural professionals
