Sales Representative Job at Finish Master

Your main responsibilities:
- Schedules and visits established customers in order to maintain and increase sales to that customer, based on an understanding of the customers’ business needs
- Takes orders from customers to renew their inventory, adds new items to their inventory, quotes on new equipment when needed; manages customer returns when appropriate
- Expands the existing customer base by identifying and soliciting potential new customers
- Maintains a positive relationship with the customer; ensures that there is also a positive relationship with store personnel
- Conducts him/herself in a professional manner in order to enhance the corporate image of the company
- Utilizes the computer system, internet and paper catalogs to identify the correct parts for the customer’s needs
- Effectively communicates product features, benefits and warranty information to customers in order to present a value proposition
- Utilizes sales process to manage territory pipeline and opportunity
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Ensures customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Displays a positive, helpful attitude and known to be a team player.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Automotive Parts experience in the automotive aftermarket parts
- Experience in sales
- Experience delivering a high level of customer service.
- A proficient knowledge of automotive operating systems.
- An appetite for continuous learning and knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
