BONUS LOCATION - experience lakeside living with white sandy beaches (15 min to Sylvan Lake), close to the mountains (45 min to Rocky Mountains) in the beautiful city of Red Deer (population 100,000).

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and manage goals, systems, business plans and operating budgets
- Implement marketing initiatives to support branch goals
- Inspire and foster a customer service driven culture with the Inside and Outside Sales Team to achieve high level customer satisfaction
- Develop rapport and strengthen relationships with customers
- Liaise with Branch Manager and Purchasing Manager to effectively manage inventory
- Evaluate, and monitor sales activity and provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Sales Team
- Work with internal departments to ensure orders, deadlines, and profitability are on target
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration and/or Marketing
- 5 years sales or sales management with at least 3 years experience with metal/steel products
- Mature business acumen with proven ability to lead, mentor and coach a team
- Strong analytical, time management, organizational and performance management skills
- MS Office and CRM, intermediate level
- Relocation available to Red Deer, AB
