Postle Construction is a high end residential construction company looking for highly skilled “residential” carpenters of all skill level, preferably with experience working on extremely high end custom homes.

Most of our carpenters work within this division and are exposed to forming, framing, exterior cladding, and interior finish carpentry. At PC we truly believe in diversity and that a carpenter should have the opportunity to learn and be apart of all aspects of the trade.

The company consists of 65 employees and we are constantly looking for more talented individuals to expand our workforce.

Postle Construction prefers to hire tradesmen and tradeswomen on an employee basis but is willing to discuss hiring sole subcontractors as long as the individual has all business requirements establish and up to date. For employees we offer full benefits, automatic deposit and smart phone, app based, time tracking. Our company also offers future site superintendent and project management roles for carpenters who demonstrate loyalty, and work their way up through the ranks.

Successful apprentice applicants will have a minimum of 1 year in the industry and should be enrolled through the ITA in the apprenticeship program. All apprentices can expect to be sponsored by PC We are highly respected members of the ITA and all our foreman, superintendents, and owner of the company are Red Seal Certified Carpenters. All apprentices can rest assured their work based training reports and recommendations for certification will be taken care of promptly upon completion. We believe in the apprenticeship program but are also happy to hire carpenters who learnt the trade from a hands on approach. At PC we value and recognize onsite experience just as much as classroom training.

Successful carpenters should have a minimum of 3-4 years in the trade.

$75 LOA per day onsite for out of town workers
