Repairperson (Full Time)
Welcome to LWL. Our family owned business was established in 1968 as Linkletter’s Welding Ltd. Since then, we have evolved into a full-service Manufacturing and Repairs business providing Welding, Hydraulic, Machining, Custom Design and Build services, Equipment Repairs and Parts Supply to our friends and customers across PEI. We also operate a trailer manufacturing division, called LWL Trailers, where we design and build a line of high-quality equipment/utility trailers that can be found hard at work across North America.
We are currently looking a Repairperson to join our service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble and assemble equipment
- Repair machinery and components
- Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor
- Test and adjust repaired equipment for proper performance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Education in mechanics and small engine repair is an asset, but not required
- Willingness to Learn
- Comfortable using hand and power tool
- Willing to train the right candidate
Compensation:
- Wages: 20-25/hr dependent on experience.
- Dental and medical benefits and RRSP matching program after three-months probation
