As a customer service associate for Go Auto, you’ll act as the central hub for everything that we do. If a customer needs help finding the right vehicle, you roll out the (metaphorical) red carpet and help them find it. If they’re not sure if they can get the financing they need to buy a vehicle, you’ll hold their hand (again, metaphorically, COVID is still a thing) and put them in touch with the people who can make their dream a reality.

As a customer service associate for Go Auto, you’ll act as the central hub for everything that we do. If a customer needs help finding the right vehicle, you roll out the (metaphorical) red carpet and help them find it. If they’re not sure if they can get the financing they need to buy a vehicle, you’ll hold their hand (again, metaphorically, COVID is still a thing) and put them in touch with the people who can make their dream a reality.
We have almost 60 auto dealerships across Alberta, BC, Ontario, Manitoba, the Northwest Territories and now Washington! Your job is to help give their customers the best experience possible, through emails, online chats, phone calls, and text messages.

The Things You’re Awesome At:
- Answering customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, chat, email, social media, etc.)
- Adapting to new computer programs and software updates
- Being dependable and working hard AF (albeit in a pretty chill environment)
- Being self-motivated, while working as part of a small team
- Working mainly from home, occasional trips to the office
- Multi-tasking, problem solving, coming up with customer solutions
- Being adaptable in a business that’s always evolving
- This is a remote role with some onsite work - this will require you to live in the Edmonton area
- Note: Post secondary education preferred, but not required
